You have 1 year from the time of enrollment to complete your course(s). There are no cancellations or refunds for online courses. All courses require you to pass a test with the passing grade being at least 80%. No OSCA certificate will be downloadable unless you pass. In the event you do not pass you would have to pay to retake course each time until you pass. The value and integrity of OSCA's database must be upheld for your course to have any value to you or a current or potential employer.
